Throughout the 5 bedrooms you will find queen and twin sized beds, as well as over sized built-in bunk beds. With ample room in each of the bedrooms, you can be assured every guest will be able to make themselves at home.

The large kitchen island allows for at least 6 seats and the huge living room provides plenty of seats for a group breakfast to get the day started.

Heading outside after you eat? Why not check out the fully equipped back yard? A beautiful covered bar area, features a 70 inch flat screen TV for you to enjoy the big game poolside.

What’s better? The entire house is connected to a wireless surround sound system, so even when you go inside for more supplies, you wont miss a second of the game! Or, include the entire house in a dance party whether they’re in the pool or in the kitchen!

Great Outdoors

Outside by the pool you’ll find a Traeger grill for all your BBQ needs and wants, and a hot tub to relax in from the day’s activities. Gather the whole group at the day’s end around the fire pit, and tell stories till the stars come out.

Established in 1840, Concan is in the hills of Uvalde County on the Frio River. The Frio River offers an endless amount of outdoor activity opportunities, including tubing the river, kayaking, fishing and of course, swimming in the river’s cyrstal clear, spring-fed water.

One can also access Garner State Park just a few miles away, and take advantage of their hiking and biking trails for a day filled with natural beauty. Craving a game of golf? You’re in luck! Concan is home to an amazing country club, featuring an award winning 18-hole course.

River Run is located just off the main street in downtown Concan, so you’ll never be far away from more things to do.
