Outside it features a large firepit and charcoal bbq grill, a horseshoe pitch, as well as picnic tables, chairs, a wrap-around patio and wrap-around second floor balconies.

Inside it has been recently remodeled with granite countertops, tiled floors and beautiful pine walls.

The gorgeous mesquite furniture and leather sofas will have you feeling you have the best of both worlds — a cabin retreat with the utmost of luxury.

Ample Space

There are three bedrooms as well as sleeping capacity in the loft, allowing fourteen people to sleep comfortably. Additionally two people can sleep on the sofas if you want to push the sleeping capacity to sixteen.

The living room has a fireplace and high cathedral ceilings, giving it the perfect atmosphere for entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen and multiple dining areas will ensure your guests are well fed.

Additional amenities include satellite TV, a DVD player, central air conditioning and heat, and a washer and dryer. Please bring your own bed and bath linens, pillows, bath soaps, toilet paper and other such disposable products. Your pets are more than welcome!

From The Hideaway it is easy walking distance (two minutes) to either the Kenneth Arthur Crossing or Frio Country Store — at the latter you can easily pick up last minute groceries or supplies, or rent tubes for river fun. Other nearby areas of interest include the Frio Cave, Garner State Park, and The Golf Club Of Texas.

In conclusion, this is the perfect place to host a family retreat or weekend among friends and enjoy both the rustic feel of cabin campfires in the countryside while also experiencing the lap of luxury. It’s sure to be fondly remembered by everyone involved for years afterwards!
