Overview

The main River House was built from stunning river rock and has one of the 2 kitchens on the property. Stay in the luxurious master suite while the kids bunk up in the custom built bunk beds. At the river house, you can invite the rest of the crew over for large gatherings around the 18 seat dining room table.

Over at the quaint white-washed Cottage House, you’ll find an impressive floor to ceiling white rock fireplace, great for those rare colder nights to gather and place games. The Barn features kitchen number 2 and provides breathtaking views of the mountains from the covered porch.

Send the kids over to the bunkhouse so they can create their own oasis. With 3 sets of bunk beds and a big screen tv, the kids will have a place to play and game on rainy days or when the adults need some privacy.

While hanging out on the 4 acres of Agave Point, there are many amenities to fill your free time with and accommodate most of your wants and needs! The impressive 40 foot cabana provides enough shade for the whole gang to gather and enjoy a drink.

Dry off and enjoy some poolside entertainment in the lounge next to the large in-ground pool that overlooks the scenic mountain top views of Texas. Send the kids over to the impressive and fun treehouse or over to the rope swing, while you relax ammongst the large oaks on a swaying hammock.

At Agave Point, there are plenty of outdoor games for you to enjoy including tetherball and horseshoes. Looking to cook for an outdoor dining extravaganza? The 2 charcoal smokers should do the trick then, and after dinner, gather around the fire pit for a nice campfire, ghost stories, and stargazing. Just a minutes walk down a quiet dirt road, you can find “Big Rock” on the Frio River, to take a swim. Andy’s even picks up there for tubing the river.

Concan was established in 1840 and is conveniently located just off US Route 83. It is home to the Golf-Club of Texas, featuring a par 72, 18-hole championship course over 7,333 yards of playing greens. You can also enjoy hiking the nature trails of Garner State Park, just minutes from Agave Point.
